The Bella Vista Arts Council will be honoring Christian Serrano-Torres as "Artist of the Month' for the month of July 2019. Reception will be held on August 7th at 4pm.

Serrano-Torres will have his latest album Embrace, shirts, and stickers to sell during the reception along with a live performance of his instrumental music.

Our honor guest speaker and Mayor of Bella Vista, Peter Christie, will be kick-starting the reception. Wine and light snacks will be provided inside the beautiful Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel.

Event runs from 4-5:30pm, so make sure to come early to grab a seat. Open to all ages!
